What personal data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or context, message content, submission time, and the technical information needed to deliver your submission and protect it against misuse. When you contact us by email, we process the information in your email and any attachments.

Contact-form messages
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our business inbox at info@flexpointsolutions.eu. Please do not use this form for sensitive personal data, payment information, passwords, health information, or confidential third-party data.
Retention
We keep data from enquiries only for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the communication, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We delete unnecessary data earlier.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers for hosting (Vultr, Amsterdam region) and email (Google Workspace). These parties only process the limited data needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal data.
International access
Our hosting is located in the Netherlands, within the European Economic Area. For our email environment (Google Workspace), limited transfer of personal data outside the EEA may occur; we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We work remotely and may occasionally access our email and operational systems from locations inside or outside the EEA, with account security and limited access rights.
